With a background in TV and Corporate Productions, she then transitioned into making films in 2016.

Her Documentary Short Film, “The Runner”, tells the story of a regular guy who — turned influencer, utilized social media to make dreadful runs fun again for him and his community. The film won a 2017 Bronze Telly Award.

She later Directed and Edited “The Cinephiles”,  a Narrative Short Film that was produced with an all-female crew. It won the “Audience Award” in the Local Flavor film block of the Topaz Film Festival and was an Official Selection at the Hamilton Film Festival in Ontario, Canada.
